A broken  and fluid look which mimics a city's energy achieved by using gloss house paint as a base layer which parcially resists the acrylic which is painted on top.
Above: testing application but using the tube as the drawing tool but putting a hole in a lid, taping it to the paint and drawing that way.
The lines were not as rigid as i would have hoped but i still had some form of control.
Using an old paint tub i repeated this test forcing paint through a narrower hole to get more controlled lines.

An experimentation into light and shadow. How can our waste reflect our own society?
The photos bellow are the photos taken during my initial exploration into cities and my fasination with them. Shots from London, liverpool, lancaster and Birmingham as apart of my summer project.
